DERA BASSI: Swami Parmanand Group of Colleges, Dera Bassi, has bagged the Indian Leadership Award for Education Excellence by Indian Economic Development and Research Association (IEDRA).

The award was presented on the occasion of national seminar on "Individual Achievements and National Development" on June 11, in New Delhi.

As many as 65 renowned delegates from various fields were awarded.The award aims at recognition of people from diverse fields such as health and medicine, information technology, industry, engineering, education, building, construction, architecture, mining, tourism, journalism, social services, art, etc.

The memento and certificate of excellence were presented by Rajan Oberoi, general secretary, IEDRA to Yashwant Krishan Mittal, treasurer, Swami Parmanand Group of Colleges, for his outstanding contribution

in the field of education. Chairman Inderjit Bajaj appreciated the hard work put up by management, faculty and students. Principal-director TD Sharma said the institute will continue the hard work for the overall development of students.
