Swami Parmanand College of Engineering & Technology (SPCET) was established by Seth Nand Lal Bajaj Educational & Charitable Society in the year 2004.The College is now in the Fourth year of operation. It is an upcoming Institute of unique blend of professional and academic excellence with commitment to impart quality education to the students, enabling them to meet various challenges of professional life at national as well as international level.
Dr. S.R. Prabharkar is an alumnus of Panjab University Chandigarh, IIT Kanpur and IIT Roorkee (earlier UOR)
and is a distinguished teacher of Metallurgical Engineering with a vast
experience of teaching, Research and Administration of over 40 Years at
various Institutions. Having worked as Professor and Head of Metallurgical
Engineering Department at Punjab Engineering College. He served as founder Principal of RIEIT,
Ropar, Indo Global College and Engineering & Technology and ACET, Baru Sahib. He has published 35 research papers in National and International journals and Conferences and has guided large numbers of PhD's and ME Thesis. He is on the experts committee of a numbers of organizations.
